What a great way to kick off the weekend! That Friday feeling really magnified the sun, fresh air, and beautiful scenery for this ride.

This has been a ride I’ve done before in a piecemeal sort of way, so today I challenged myself to do it all in one go. This ride can be done on a completely protected path separate from cars or with minimal on-road riding; another bonus is that overall it's mostly flat, All in all, it's a fantastic ride for getting back into riding. This time around for me I really just wanted to challenge myself to:

1. Try that overpass ramp again to see if it was any easier this time around. That’s where you see the love lock bridge, which happens to be one of the few segments with any elevation along this route (Florida is very flat y’all).
2. Explore the crevices, nooks and crannies for cool things along what is already a very relaxing ride.

It was even more fun than usual. Check it out and let me know what you think! There's also some great food spots conveniently located nearby that you could access on your bike. Personally, I ended the ride by picking up take-out from Arepa Please a local spot serving delicious Venezuelan fare. FACT: Food after (and during) a ride is ALWAYS better.
