I live in a neighborhood that never met a community activity it didn’t like. Potluck in the park? You bet. Pavement mural at the 4-way stop? Absolutely. Alerts for wandering dogs, cats, bears, bobcats and mountain lions? Check. Need to borrow a wheelbarrow, tiara or pickup truck? We’ve got you covered. So I took a ride around the ‘hood to see how folks were responding to quarantine. Turns out, staying at least 6 feet apart isn’t stopping this crew from being neighborly.
Sometimes a ride around the neighborhood lets you take a closer look and reveals the hidden gems. Today I found messages reminding us all that regardless of what the next month brings, we’re in this together.
