This is the most classic of all Minneapolis Road Routes in its most basic and easy to follow form. There are many variations that allow for extra mileage and climbing but this version lays the foundation and takes in two of the most infamous climbs in the city: Ohio St. and Ramsey.
Route begins and ends at Angry Catfish bike shop in South Minneapolis, fuel up on coffee, pastries, and bars and gels. While you're there don't forget to check out the Baker's Wife Bakery next door for some of the best fresh baked goods this city has to offer. We highly recommend the ham and cheese croissant.

Sprint sign comes up right after you cross the Mendota Bridge. The Sprint begins on a downhill as you drop into the city of Mendota.
